The programme of the Communicating the Museum Conference will explore communications up in four key areas: Audience Research and Development, Advertising, Branding and New Media. These areas in turn will be broken down into keynote speeches and surgeries and interactive sessions, with the goal of deconstructing success stories in order to apply them to your future strategies.
