Registration fee includes :

  • All conference presentations
  • All conference materials (programme, bag, badge, delegate list, free access to synthesis on line after the conference including photos, etc)
  • Any private visits or concerts etc that are part of the official programme
  • Welcome Cocktail dinner on Wednesday 24th June
  • Lunch on Thursday 25th June
  • Gala Dinner and Flamenco Show on Thursday 25th June
  • Lunch on Friday 26th June
  • Farewell Cocktail dinner on Friday 26th June
  • Transfers organised by Agenda in between venues when necessary
  • Saturday excursion to Ronda

Registration fee does not include:

  • Hotel accommodation
  • Travel to the conference
  • Personal travel during the conference

Accompanying person registration fee

If you would like to include a friend or partner in the social events (Gala Dinner, Welcome Cocktail, private views, cultural tours and privileged museum access) they will be very welcome. Please note the accompanying person will not have access to any of the working parts of the conference.

Tours will start from 4pm onwards. Each group will be of 25 participants maximum.

Depart from Hotel AC at 8am and return around 5pm – by coach.
This excursion is free of charge to the conference participants.
