Official Accommodation on San Servolo island

OFFICIAL RESIDENCE OF THE CONFERENCE FOR SPEAKERS AND AGENDA STAFF

San Servolo Servizi offers accommodation services that are exclusively connected to the conference activities conducted on the Island. Although it cannot be compared with the services offered by a hotel, the accommodation is clean, comfortable and, most importantly, very good value compared to hotels on the main island of Venice. Agenda's staff will be staying on San Servolo island for the duration of the conference. Thursday afternoon and all of Friday sessions will be held here.

All the rooms have been recently restored and furnished. They are equipped with: - bathroom - air conditioning - internet access and cable connection - telephone - satellite connection television

Agenda has secured 80 rooms on San Servolo, for the conference participants, as follows:

	25 June to 29 June 08 (4 nights): 30 singles rooms 40 twins rooms 10 triple rooms
	Rates: Single room: 73 € per night Twin room: 103 € per room, per night Triple room: 113 € per room, per night

Breakfast can be taken in the cafeteria at an additional cost of 3,50€ to be paid directly to the cafeteria.

If you would like your room to be cleaned daily, you will be required to pay a 10€ supplement per day.

There is a 24 hour reception service located at the entrance. A guarded safe and holding box for valuables is also provided.

Booking procedure:

Bookings and payment can only be made directly with San Servolo Servizi. Please note that rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis and it is strongly recommended that you book early to avoid disappointment. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent by email or fax.
