Your registration fee gives you access to all parts of the Conference, which includes:

  • being able to get in contact with fellow participants by email in ADVANCE of the conference using our "Get Connected" email system
  • access to our blog where communication issues will be discussed before and after the conference
  • all presentations, keynote speeches, case studies, workshops, surgeries and breakfasts during the working days of the conference plus the Gala Dinner
  • all conference documents (programme upon arrival, synthesis of the conference post event, access online to notes and speakers' presentations after the conference)
  • cultural tours*, private views and privileged museum access
  • transfers during the conference**

*please note, some cultural tours may be extra
** some transfers will be provided for participants where necessary throughout the conference (to be advised). Registration fees do not include personal travel, or travel outside of the conference programme.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON REGISTRATION FEES
If you would like to include a friend or partner in the social events (Gala Dinner, Welcome Cocktail, private views, cultural tours and privileged museum access) they will be very welcome. Please note the accompanying person will not have access to any of the working parts of the conference.
